Misdemeanor Trial Division Matt Rolston graduated from Texas A&M University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He received his Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2006. He was a prosecutor in Potter County, Texas from June 2007 to June 2008. He joined the Collin County Criminal District Attorney’s Office in July 2008, where he serves as a chief misdemeanor prosecutor. Stephanie Strickland began her service with the Criminal District Attorney’s Office in March 2002 as a legal secretary. Investigator Strickland completed the Collin County Law Enforcement Academy in December 2006 and is currently serving as a criminal investigator in the Misdemeanor Trial Division. Sheryl Baxter came to the Collin County Criminal District Attorney’s Office in December 2003. She serves as legal assistant to the misdemeanor courts. Previously, she served in the Office’s Hot Check Division, the Warrants Division of the Collin County Sheriff's Office, and the Collin County Temporary Pool. |
