Administration Division

The Administration Division handles all administrative duties and serves to support the Criminal District Attorney, the First Assistant Criminal District Attorney, and the Chief Investigator. The Administrative Office Manager is in charge of this Division and supervises her administrative assistant and all secretaries and support staff throughout the office.

This Division is responsible for all aspects of the financial operations of the office as well as the administration of its budget and inventory. It is also responsible for all employee time records and other personnel matters, including the keeping of files and records of each employee. All official travel and accommodations for employees, witnesses, and others, including payment and reimbursement, are administered by this Division. Training, continuing education, and assignments for all secretaries and support staff are administered and supervised under the direction of the Administrative Office Manager.

Della Bryant supervises over 30 administrative staff and is largely responsible for budgeting and the other financial operations of the Office. She also administratively supports District Attorney Greg Willis. She first came to the county as Court Coordinator for Collin County Court at Law No. 6. Ms. Bryant attended Abilene Christian University and The University of Texas (Edinburg), before completing the Legal Assistant Program at The University of Tulsa in 1993. She received her certification as a Certified Legal Assistant through the National Association of Legal Assistants, and has worked at the executive level for corporate and private-sector law firms for over 20 years. She continues to use her extensive knowledge of the court and legal system to excel in her current position as Chief of the Administration Division. Jennifer Baxter came to the Collin County Criminal District Attorney’s Office in June 2008 and worked as the secretary of the Special Prosecution Division for three years. Mrs. Baxter is currently the Administrative Secretary.

Shannon Poe joined the Collin County Criminal District Attorney’s Office in July 2008. Prior to joining the Office, she was a Senior Client Relations Specialist with CitiFinancial’s Auto Division.  For nine years she worked as a customer liaison and managing partner for a successful greenhouse nursery business. In 2004, she received a Certificate of Completion from the Professional Career Development Institute for Paralegal Education. 

Misti Bilderback graduated with honors from the Executive Secretarial School in 1992, where she received her Executive Administrative Assistant Certificate/Diploma.  She joined the Collin County District Clerk’s Office in January 1997, where she worked as a clerk for the 219th District Court.  Ms. Bilderback came to the Collin County Criminal District Attorney’s Office in April 2001 as a misdemeanor secretary for County Court at Law No. 3.  A short time later, she was promoted to the Felony Trial Division, where she currently serves as a felony secretary for two felony courts.  Ms. Bilderback continues to use her extensive knowledge of the District Clerk’s system to excel in her current position.
