Felony Trial Team - 416th
Cynthia Walker, Chief of the 219th and 416th District Court trial team, received her Bachelor of Arts in History and Government from the University of Texas at Austin in 1996 and her law degree from Baylor University School of Law in 2000. During law school, she served on the Baylor Law Review and interned at the McLennan County Criminal District Attorney's Office. Since joining the Collin County Criminal District Attorney's Office in February 2000, Ms. Walker has served in the Crimes Against Children, Appellate, Civil, Misdemeanor Trial, and Felony Trial Divisions as well as the Special Prosecution Division. She has been board certified in criminal law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2005.

Blake Glover graduated magna cum laude from Baker University in Baldwin City, Kansas, earning his degree in Business Management. He received his Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law in May 2007, graduating cum laude. While in law school, he competed on the Buffalo Mock Trial team, the National Trial Competition team, and the Georgetown White Collar Crime Mock Trial team. He also interned with the Denton County Criminal District Attorney’s Office, the Dallas County Criminal District Attorney’s Office, and the Collin County Criminal District Attorney’s Office. Mr. Glover joined the Collin County Criminal District Attorney’s Office in September 2007.
Lauren Hopkins graduated from the University of Virginia in 2002 with her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and French. Ms. Hopkins then worked for two years as a paralegal at the law firm of Sullivan & Cromwell in New York, New York. In 2007, she received her Juris Doctorate from the College of William & Mary. While in law school, Ms. Hopkins served as an intern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Newport News, Virginia. Following graduation from law school, Ms. Hopkins moved to Texas and joined the Collin County Criminal District Attorney’s Office in November 2007.
Kenneth Moore is a thirty-eight-year law enforcement veteran who holds a Master Peace Officer and Instructor’s Certificate. Investigator Moore was previously employed with the Collin County Criminal District Attorney’s Office for twenty-two years, serving the last eighteen years as Chief Investigator. In November 2004, Investigator Moore was elected Sheriff of Fannin County, and he was re-elected November 2008. He returned to the Collin County Criminal District Attorney’s Office in January 2011. Prior to joining the Office, Investigator Moore worked patrol and investigations with the McKinney Police Department for six years. He holds an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice and has over 3300 training hours from TCLEOSE. He has served as a part-time law enforcement instructor with the Collin County Community College, he has received several awards from the Texas District and County Attorney’s Association, and he has served as a board member of TDCAA’s Investigator’s Section. Investigator Moore was also published in the Texas Police Journal in the mid 1990s.
Jody Lauden joined the Collin County Criminal District Attorney’s Office in 2000 and brought strong administrative skills as well as extensive private-sector experience. She has used her administrative and technology skills to serve in many capacities within the Intake Section of the Grand Jury/Intake Division and the Misdemeanor Trial and Felony Trial Divisions.
