Felony Trial Team - 401st
Bill Dobiyanski, Chief of the 401st District Court trial team, is a 1990 graduate of the University of Tulsa School of Law. Mr. Dobiyanski joined the Collin County Criminal District Attorney's Office in 1991 and began his legal career as a misdemeanor prosecutor. Mr. Dobiyanski was promoted to chief of the Intake Section of the Grand Jury/Intake Division, misdemeanor court chief, and then felony prosecutor, ultimately becoming a felony court chief in 1996 and a felony trial team chief in 2003.

Lisa Milasky King earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio in 1985 and her Juris Doctorate from Cleveland State University, John Marshall College of Law, in Cleveland, Ohio in 1988. She was admitted to the State Bar of Ohio in November 1988. Ms. King was employed as a prosecutor in Lorain County, Ohio from 1989 to 1999. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in January 2000 and joined the Collin County Criminal District Attorney's Office the following month. She has been a felony prosecutor since 2001, serving in the Crimes Against Children Division, the Felony Trial Division, and the Special Prosecution Unit before joining the Civil Division in 2007.
Zeke Fortenberry received his Bachelor of Architecture in honors studies from Texas Tech University. Mr. Fortenberry went on to earn his Master of Business Administration and Master of Architecture from Texas Tech University in 2004. He received his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California. While at Pepperdine, Mr. Fortenberry was president of the Student Bar Association. He also competed on the Pepperdine Mock Trial team and won two national tournaments. In the fall of 2006, Mr. Fortenberry interned at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. Mr. Fortenberry joined the Collin County Criminal District Attorney’s Office in February 2008.
Michael Bennett began his law enforcement career at the Bonham Police Department in 1979, where he ultimately was promoted to Lieutenant of the Criminal Investigations Division. Investigator Bennett attended the Texoma Regional Police Academy and Grayson County Junior College and possesses a Master Peace Officer certification. He joined the Collin County Criminal District Attorney’s Office in 1996. Investigator Bennett has attended specialized courses in fingerprint comparisons and testified as an expert in this field of criminology.
