Felony Trial Team - 366th
Paul Anfosso, Chief of the 199th and 366th District Court trial team, received his Bachelor of Arts with honors from the University of Texas and earned a law degree from South Texas College of Law. Before practicing law, he taught high-school history for several years. Since joining the Collin County Criminal District Attorney's Office in 1997, Mr. Anfosso has worked in both the misdemeanor and felony courts. He was assigned to the felony courts in December 1999 and presently works as a trial prosecutor in the 199th District Court.

Coleman Sylvan graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Furman University. He received his law degree from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law. While attending law school, he volunteered at the Dallas County Public Defender’s Family Division. Mr. Sylvan began his career with the Collin County Criminal District Attorney’s Office in September 2005 as a misdemeanor prosecutor and became a felony prosecutor in 2007.
Lindsey Byers graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2005 with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a minor in Spanish. Ms. Byers received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law in 2008. While in law school, Ms. Byers was a member of the Domestic Violence Clinic and took an active role in helping victims of domestic violence. Ms. Byers also interned for the University of Texas System and worked as a legal assistant for an attorney who represented victims of violent crimes in civil matters. Ms. Byers joined the Collin County Criminal District Attorney's Office in September 2008 and currently serves as a chief misdemeanor prosecutor.
Keith Henslee is a United States Navy and Operation Desert Storm veteran. In 1992 he attended the Texoma Regional Police Academy and began his law enforcement career. From 1993 to 2002 he was employed by the Denison Police Department, where he performed duties in the Patrol Division, Bicycle Patrol, and Criminal Investigation Division and was a member of the Tactical Entry Team. In September 2002 he joined the Collin County Criminal District Attorney’s Office as a criminal investigator. Before joining the Felony Trial Division, he served in the Intake Section of the Grand Jury/Intake Division, the Juvenile Law Section of the Family Justice Division, and County Court at Law No. 4. Investigator Henslee has completed specialized courses in fingerprint comparisons.
Dixie Eoff began her employment with the Collin County Criminal District Attorney’s Office in April 2007 as a secretary in the Intake Section of the Grand Jury/Intake Division and was subsequently promoted to misdemeanor secretary for County Court at Law Nos. 4 and 6. She currently serves as a felony secretary in the Felony Trial Division.
